We manufacture for the world the finest fabrics - from cotton to cotton-blended gassed blouse materials to specialty poplins & high value dress materials. The group is the leader in textiles in India and enjoys a pronounced position in the market.

In our endeavor to keep nurturing quality and leadership, we always choose the path untaken - from being the first in 1998 to introduce a poly-cotton blend in India to creating the world's finest 2 X 2 fabric the Super 120s made from the superfine cotton.

Recognized as one of the most respected Textile Company of India, B. D. Textile Mills Pvt. Limited is an integrated manufacturer of Dyed Two x Two Rubia, Poplin, and Terry Rubia. As the flag-bearer of the multi-product, multi-divisional B. D. Group, we enjoy a 30% share of Indian Market. We manufacture high-value pure-cotton, cotton blended and premium polyester viscose dress materials; all marketed under the flagship brand "B. D." - a worldwide trusted name since 1975. The group's trademark is registered under the Trade Marks Act-1999 of the Govt. of India. Apart from that we also have another SIX REGISTERED BRANDS and applied for more eight brands for registration.

Manufacturing facilities include three world-class fully integrated plants in India, employing state-of-the-art technology from cotton scouring to finishing stage and modern quality management as well as Environment Control Systems. All the plants are self-sufficient in terms of providing educational, housing, recreation and spiritual support system for the employees and connected townships.

Products are distributed through a well organized dealer, distributor & agent network across India.
